:D I like this story a lot.  I'm a big Charlie fan and I'm really glad they brought her back.  This fic has quite a few references to other fandoms, but mostly its about friendship.

Review:
This story isn't perfect.  It's confusing and disjointed at times and prone to the occasional wall-of-text narration, but I love how clever Lestrade is in this one and I can absolutely see that being what makes Mycroft change how he sees Lestrade.
