Review:
This story is very well thought out, exploring life if time stopped moving forward (but kept moving, generally). For example, Rory is recruited because he's one of the few who can keep track of all the timey-wimey craziness, see the various paths it is taking/has taken/might take and yet still know what has been done and what hasn't. It's a short fic, but its got a lot of creative and thoughtful stuff about the characters' experiences that I really liked.
