Nathan’s displaced in time and it just figures that the only person he can even slightly reach doesn’t have anything resembling the knowledge to help him.

Review:
Nathan/Jack fic in the classic "re-sync Stark with time" genre.  Formulaic in places but there's a pretty good twist to it that I can't really explain without spoiling it.  Plus, it is a pretty good ship!fic.

Post S6, technically alternate s7? The Winchesters don't know how to fix a crazy Cas. Then the answer finds them. "The answer" here being a norse goddess, who just happens a certain archangel's estranged daughter.

Review:
I let the title and the early descriptions of Hella scare me off this fic several times but I kept seeing it recommended so I finally just gave it a chance and it turned out to be a really good read.  I like the various depictions of Loki's children (not particularly canonical to the mythology but they work as characters alongside other Supernatural canon and fanon).  The plot's decent and while the Gabriel resurrection plot has been done a million times, I haven't seen it done this way before and it's cool (and besides, as far as I'm concerned, until Gabriel - who is totally awesome - gets a canon resurrection, there's still not enough fic in this vein).  But it's mostly a character arc story with family, friendship and romance elements.
