Review:
I knew there had to be a fic like this somewhere - Vetinari utilizes the nature of belief to manipulate reality to his own ends. I'm not totally convinced he'd necessarily seek this particular goal, but I can suspend disbelief and enjoy a good story. Vetinari really is very clever in this story, and so is Vimes which is great too.
