Review:
Rating given by the author was R but it's right on the border with NC-17 briefly at the end, just so you know. But overall, I found this fic to be really well-written in canon style, with good pacing and excellent character development. If you liked books/movies 1 and 2 of canon, you'll like this one. It's Finnick's POV as he mentors Annie (her character is lovely) and interacts with the other mentors - those relationships are really interesting. The story mostly focuses on events surrounding Annie's game but also shows the early stages of the planning for the revolution.
