While I hated Seasons 3 and 4 at least as much as the next fan, I rarely find Torchwood fics that make me go, "Yes, that's how it should have gone." But that's exactly what I said when I'd finished this fic, even though that's not really what this story is about. So what is it about? Well, it's an amazing character study of Owen and a gorgeous little fix it. Seriously, gorgeous. Just wait until you get to the end.
