Review:
The summary doesn't do a very good job of explaining this fic.  Basically, its about a transsexual Dean with Castiel not realizing what that completely meant before bringing Dean back from Hell and remaking her body as female (matching her gender identity).  It's a fairly angsty fic but the ending is so sweet.
