Review:
This fic is really well-written, but perhaps not in a conventional sense. It's not just banging away at a plot methodically, but especially at the start, it takes a more "lit fic" type of approach. I especially like the second chapter - there are some thoughtful and humorous lines in there and the character work is nice. After that, it starts getting more plotty and the characters and the ships are great too.
