Review:
Very good gifset - illustrates the book well. I can't even imagine how much tv the artist must have consumed trying to find all these bits and pieces to string together to make something that so perfectly suits this story - it's amazing. Warning: does contain spoilers!

Review:
This gifset is second in the series by the same artist and is crafted with the same amazing patience and dedication.  I don't think this one does quite as well as some of the others at illustrating the book - you have to know what happened to be able to see that in this set (so no spoilers here) - but then this book isn't quite as visual as the others either.

Review:
Third gifset in the series by the same talented and dedicated artist.  I especially like the effect of the title panel with the officers flashlights highlighting the title - very well done.  I don't think there are really plot spoilers in this one so it's safe to view if you haven't read this book yet.

eliza bennet as sky
ellis george as abigail kamara

Review:
4th gifset in the series, though I do like this one least. I guess I'm nitpicky because 4 is my favorite book. I especially don't like the fancast for Varvara who is a Russian character and the actress chosen just looks so, so British. I love the panel for Skye though - that's perfect. And I too saw that shot in Doctor Who and thought "It's Abagail!" Warning: spoilers!

Review:
5th gifset in the series and my favorite so far! Warning: spoilers! This one illustrates the book well - I could nitpick but the overall effect is too good to bother.  I also like the careful color palette and the long loops.  I am amazed at the artist's ability to find these clips - it must have been a lot of work and required a lot of patience and ingenuity.

Title: P&T Muggle Adventures
Author: [archiveofourown.org profile] VivacissimoVoce
Fandom: Harry Potter
Genre: Postwar (not bk7 compliant)
Pairing: minor Harry/Colin Creevey, Harry/Draco
Length: Medium (43,929 words)

Author's Summary:
Dean Thomas and Harry Potter start a leisure business for wizards that specializes in giving tours of muggle London. Everything goes well until they receive a booking neither one of them wants to take. Harry embarks upon what he suspects will be the worst trip of his life. Contains mature language and sexual content.

Review:
I love it when fic authors come up with creative careers for Harry to have postwar and this one is great! That part of the plot is interesting and fun to read. The shipping aspect though isn't as well done, but Drarry shippers will like it anyways, I suspect. Overall, its a good story but definitely worth a read to see Harry leading the Malfoy family on tourist excursions into Muggle London.

Title: The Scars of Magic
Author: [archiveofourown.org profile] yellow_ferrari
Fandom: Rivers of London
Genre: Character piece
Length: Short (1,813 words)

Author's Summary:
When Harry Potter found out that magic was real, there was a cuddly giant with an umbrella wand. And a birthday cake. When Lesley May found out that magic was real, there was a series of gruesome murders. And a dead baby. Screw Harry Potter, to be honest.

Review:
Great character piece for Lesley, probably set sometimes during book 2 (no spoilers after book 1). I love the Harry Potter comparison, and I think it reflects Leslie's difficult position and difficult headspace well.
